In our municipal water supplies? No. If i remember correctly it was the wastewater treatment that was being tested. Then the logic was if it's here, it must be in the water supplies! I don't think this theory holds water, however spiking bottled beverages with this crap would make way more sense. Plausible deniability on the beverage bottler/manufacturer/ yes I'm looking at you Pepsi!
