please feel free to add your own theory or examples. this is a collaborated effort. 15 and 51 is HUGE and not quite sure what they want to say with it

Well my understanding is that we're dealing with witches and warlocks and the occult. Apparently, to maximize a power of a spell you multiply it by 3.

So in this case 51, is the multiplication of 17x3. 17 is Q. It has to represent more than just this and the "coincidences".
