Ok so I hyperfixated. The top of the vial is "Neecor" and I work in medical and have been around medical my whole life and a very close personal family member is in materiels management, I've NEVER seen this ordered.
Website is uncertified and when you go to order the date only goes from 2014-2019. I'm currently running a test to see if it will respond through a burner email but this is weird. http://www.neecor.in/

Tube appears to match this product listed here - K3-EDTA collection tube 2.5 - 5 mL | 22107, 22124 F.L. Medical - https://healthmanagement.org/products/view/all/k3-edta-collection-tube-2-5-5-ml-22107-22124-f-l-medical
The K3-EDTA on the tube in the video is the type of Anticoagulant used in the specific tube.
Purple tube is used for specific type of tests. Tons of companies make it I hadn't heard of this specific one (Neecor).
