Stay and fight for your rights. You may get threatened to loose your job but it’s unlikely, I have 2 sisters that are in the nursing field and they get threatened all the time but ultimately there’s more jobs than workers right now and NC is a good place to be. If anyone try’s to make you tell them to fuck off.
