The Depopulation Agenda has been passed down through the generations. The "why" may have been lost through the generations. Although I do think it was the oil industries that came up with their early 20th century Depopulation motive due their predilection toward statistical analysis of depleting resources and population explosion. The contemporary "why" could be simply continued protection of their fossil fuel racket.
