I am desperate to find help. I have very bad neuropathy. Any suggestions. Being in a pool helps temporarily. Being in a hot bath helps temporarily. I need relief and this Gabapentin is dangerous I know. What can I do to help this?

I have sever neuropathy in my feet. CBD vitamin D & B help. When its sever I use lidocaine patches.
