Who is Rochester, I wonder? I doubt he's talking about the city. It's probably a code name, possibly his own.

Not sure. I live in Rochester and they're famous for Zweigle's red & white hots on Plymouth Ave. Their hotdogs are made from veal, beef and pork.

That is all I know. No idea how that play into comms.
