Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) just quietly announced that all mandates for C19 jabs are rescinded, effective immediately. New hires don't need to get jabbed, etc.
Think of the 98% in the NSHE system who got the jabs last Fall to "keep their job"? It's terrible to what lengths folks have gone.
Emails keep going out, though: "Remember, the vaccine is the best way to stay safe from newer variants!" As though this doesn't ring hollow among the many forcefully jabbed. Only the truly devout keep up the routine.
I recently had a conversation with an Associate Dean, who mentioned getting C19 two or three times since getting all his jabs + boosters, plus all the times he's tested positive. He sounded exasperated, but not "awakened". He still doesn't get it, just has a vague sense of cognitive dissonance.

"The truth will out," as they say.
He's actually a really great guy, but I know what you mean. 😆
