yes, there's so much going on with the cornerstones. perhaps we need to find out what department is behind them/people involved.
monuments and important buildings are connected somehow. maybe leylines?? for example; Mt Rushmore was planned by freemason Peter Norbeck, elevation 1745 meters, faces SE, looking directly at Washington Memorial; address 2 15th St. NW.
