I’ve gotten sick twice…last time was new years day…both times it went away after 3-4 days. I started feeling something start up a few months ago, but it hardly turned in to anything.. I took my vitamins and did all the good stuff to heal. Immune systems rock.

Im more spiritually/energetically sick…tired… depressed at times…achy all over. But I just keep on truckin’…the best is yet to come.
