Re-Truths like this are likely talking pedes off the ledge of "nothing is happening" with hints of "it's very close to happening". Have any of Trumps people ever suggested that a foreign power is in control of our government before this?

I dint think so. It seems the statements are building. Devin essentially stating foreign occupation is, IMO, quite a grand statement. None of the big guys (Devin, Trump, Kash, Ezra, Pompeo etc.) have really gone that far yet so to me - it's a massive statement.
