There was one located in that Nashville building that got bombed under weird circumstances and knocked out phone signal across 2/3 of the southeast last year. My theory is that there could be simultaneous physical and cyber attacks to these major comms nodes to knock out communications in a RED2 scenario.

I live in Nashville. There was one here that was bombed on Christmas in 2020
Utah houses the major center for operations... wasn't built that long ago. Apparently has mind blowing amounts of storage.
Bluffdale would be my educated guess as to where they have everything.
Maybe Amdocs corporate in St, Louis?
