Second to this is the document I read recently about MKUltra, describing in detail, these exact evil behaviors. 1950's Experiments were perpetrated on children doing exactly this. And worse, such as 3 levels of electroshock until the child was vegetative.
Putting both readings together, I wonder if the people arrested today are the same people/children of the MKUltra experiments? It is entirely possible. Humans are prone to repeat their own history.
