Guys, The street layout and all monuments and buildings are by freemason design right down to location. Its a grid pattern of designs. Not a secret, many docos on it out there.

Yeah, looking down on the capital from above you see the street layout resembles the Minerva owl, like the one in the Bohemian Grove.
