I must be tired i can’t put these things together. On the fifth the judge ordered them to bug the house? On the eighth the raid was to remove them?

The paperwork is filed first, then once all the warrants for all of the actions desired - seizure, bugs, special orders - are approved by the judge then the mission is a go, and the mission is the raid.
