This is the same thrill demonic pigs get when they act against nature by forcing kids to change gender, or assist suicide. That's the tell tell sign they know it's taboo against God and health. No other reason one would get that much of a thrill from "having to protect thier child from a 'deadly' virus" if anything it would be sorrow, worry, or disappointment.
