I have printed and am about to fill out my EIN and FEIN and and searching everywhere for a 508c1a form to file on my own as a Faith Based PMA, however ‘No such luck!’ The only way I am finding is to pay some company a membership fee to file everything for me. I do not have the funds for this and feel a sense of urgency in getting Camp Yesu started. Can anyone help me or point me to an actual form that I can print an fax, email or mail in without going through a company?
