Just to note if you ever become incapacitated in hospital the doctors can decide your fate if your family "can't be found" for the greater good.

And if you are determined to lack the ability to decide yourself because of some "mental issue" if a lawyer argues well it can be decided for you.

And autopsies can't be performed if you are an organ donor as you have to be alive to harvest many organs so once those are taken and your body dies there's nothing to autopsy.

This is the world they envision if I read this right.
