The thought did cross my mind, however in my opinion the problem of the sheer number of illegals 35M+
However deporting 10,000/day would take 3500 days, or 9.5yrs.
Double the deports to 20k/day and we still have 4.75yrs
OK OK lets say we deport 100k/day it would take 350days
So where we getting the man power? or do conditions have to be so bad they leave voluntarily to a place thats better than USA at that point? OR does a MAGA congress go after housing and employment with the fury of a thousand suns and make the illegals so unpalatable due to penalty of law that the infestation dissolves?
Just make them pay their taxes, no EIC, and cut the benefits off and they will go home.
A lot of them work as contractors in my area and used to charge a lot less because they didn’t have any overhead or taxes to worry about. You literally had to provide the tools and materials(sometimes show them what to do)
Now out labor market is so short they charge the same.
The other trick is to have one guy in charge be legal and all his employees are illegal. He pays them on 1099s. (This is actually illegal because they must be independent - have their own tools and work independently. The irs doesn’t mess with them so they keep doing it.
They don’t really compete with me yet because there is so much work and I actually know what I’m doing, on time, not hung over or drunk.
