My first Q drop: clue about specific states coming up? (media.greatawakening.win)

I accidentally clipped the top but I think it must be 4949? I noticed the brackets around N, C, S, W, I, C and immediately thought: North Carolina, South Carolina and Wisconsin. Wisconsin was what got me thinking. SWIC made me think of it, then I saw the N and C but could not spell Wisconsin that way. Suddenly NC and SC jumped out at me.

Any thoughts? Proceed and roast me, frens, I'm trying, and it's my first drop interpretation attempt. I learn by being roasted, lel.

When you mentioned States in your posts title, I saw the same thing with the letters about particular states before I scrolled down and saw your comment. My brain went Connecticut instead of California though.
