Fun fact, there are only two or three statues of Justice not wearing a blindfold in courthouses in America. One is in Lancaster PA.

There really isn't any...it was on top of the courthouse for years, nobody really knows why she wasn't wearing a blindfold, and last I heard she had been brought down for cleaning and was visible at the site.

If you Google it apparently justice is not always depicted as blindfolded?

For example, atop the Old Bailey courthouse in London, a statue of Lady Justice stands without a blindfold;[8] the courthouse brochures explain that this is because Lady Justice was originally not blindfolded, and because her "maidenly form" is supposed to guarantee her impartiality which renders the blindfold redundant.[9]
