It is the same mentality. Nobody can have ski masks because some criminals use them to commit crimes.

Wisconsinite here. Whenever I would wear ski masks/scarves for longer than 10 minutes in the winter I'd get sick. Would rather breathe cold air and have frosty snot than get ill from bacterial colonies developing in front of my mouth
