This looks like something made by bloomberg as propaganda. Cal. is very (red) wrong, Tex and OKLA. are wrong at the Other (blue) end, so i have to question everything.

Didn't one of the Dakotas pass a law nullifying federal gun laws within state lines? And Kentucky?

I have not seen that but there are Few 'states' that agree with gun control. The shootings/crime in the gun control Cities of Cal., NY City, DC and Chicago are not a secret.
