That's looks like it is just a registered agent that anyone can use for their corporate documents...like Incfile. They act as a registered agent for many companies. Not sure this means anything
yeah, they both hired or use the same registered agent company. I'm in the process of setting up an LLC and most (maybe all) states require a business to have a registered agent to accept legal documents during business hours. I will be using a registered agent service as well since I can use their address as my business address and not have to expose my home address (where my business will be run).
