No way to tell but my honest guess is he got lured into banging a 17 year old or something along those lines. Something that discredits him and is certainly wrong but nowhere near the evil he was trying to expose.
I tend to agree with this statement based on the parties Dane Cook was throwing. He probably got drunk and did the wrong thing, came to his senses later and realized how he betrayed himself.
I remember similar... but also not 100% confident.
