Surely if the Queen was tried and convicted of something by a court, there would be a docket number and court order to prove that a trial happened. Ditto for the arrest warrant.

and it's a data-point that the only person who knows about the arrest warrant gets scheduled into a mental health facility everytime he tries to have the Queen arrested.

Unless there is evidence that this court trial occurred, it's safe to conclude that say this story is about a nutjob with a bee in his bonnet about the queen.
