That picture is hilarious. This is exactly what an ankle monitor looks like. Small and compact. Everyone pointing at people with massive bulges around their ankles and medical boots need to take a long hard look at this.
I think it does depend on the country. But yes these are rather incognito. Or perhaps only the test ones are 😂
