I think most people saw the video. But he specifically goes into how the flag is currently displayed. He said the flag with the yellow tassels indicate that the military is in charge. Great. However, I am watching the press conference and do not see that flag. Am I missing something? Or perhaps I did not understand what he was saying.

Well I’m at my parents’ house and they’re watching Fox News (I know. Ew). It was the WH brief on Ukraine (not a press conference. My bad). I also saw the tribute Biden gave on 9/11 and those flags didn’t have the tassels either.
