I will not buy an electric car and no one else should either until: 1) car prices become more affordable, 2) mileage per charge improves, 3) length of time to charge decreases, 4) cost of batteries decreases, 5) lithium batteries are made in the U.S., 6) those in government and those who believe they are elite stop owning and flying private planes, helicopters, and owning yachts and low mileage sports and luxury cars. Like the rest of us they need to do as they tell us to do. Until then, it is a hard NO to electric vehicles and green energy. Amazing how California cares about the welfare of smelts more than crops and diverts water, but doesn’t care about all the birds killed by wind power!
Also, they make batteries that do not deplete in capacity over time and use. Until then, these are disposable, controlled obsolescence cars by any means.
