I have no info regarding Natural Cycles but I'm sending my thoughts and prayers for your gradual successful weaning off the Lexapro 😊 There are also condoms, diaphragms and spermicides as an alternative to BC - better than the nothing method 🙈

Thank you. Lexapro has been a wild ride. I’m going to be tapering off of it and then switching to GABA.
