I sure hope it doesn’t get to that point, United States of America simply needs to fight back and put an end to the nonsense taking over our country. But, let’s go WV we wanna be independent!

I don't think that's what this means at all. Rather, the South is reminding the rest of the country where our power resides; close to home. And is taking that power back.
