55 busses?!! Once in NY they are sent to PA to use up their resources since NY is strapped. This is what they’ve been doing for years.

This is not the solution. This is not funny. This is seriously out of control and I feel like they’re just mocking us now. They can do whatever they want whenever they want and we are powerless to do a damn thing but laugh at our own demise.
