I've been saving money for a long time to buy my homestead but I'm worried I'm running out of time. Was trying to decide between dumping what I have on just land or putting it all in my home to pay off as much as possible. I half expected something to go sideways with the banks but I didn't think about them possibly holding our mortgages against us. WWYD?
