Proof of vaccination in a right to work state?

My brother just got a new job BUT they are asking him to show proof of vax status. Does anyone have or know what legal references he can use to tell them to fuck off? Any help/advice is appreciated.

I appreciate the input from everyone. I was surprised that my brother even bothered with the job but he can be a bit stubborn sometimes. I just wanted to get some insight from GAW since this is my go to place for information. Thanks again. God bless and keep fighting the good fight.
