My bank has been easing it in slowly since covid started, They put a $700 daily debit withdrawal limit, If i buy something over $1000 and try to make another big purchase it says I've exceeded my daily limit, and if I go to a teller to make a withdrawal over $5000 they want to know what the money is for, and if you don't give them a reason to put in the computer they can't give you your money. And last time I cashed a check they asked for the last four digits of my SSN. They're also wokd af.

sounds like you need to go to a local credit union.. beats me why you would maintain business relations with a bank such as yours.
