IMO snake oil salesman. do some research with search engines OTHER THAN Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc. A number of the other SEs don’t use the same algorithms based off of Google. Should be able to verify his supposed credentials if they are as extraordinary as he claims. Looks for verifiable information with anyone who claims to be the guy with all the answers to the corrupt govt
