When Bush did this, it was pretty clear that it was deliberate.

These people have dedicated their entire lives to curating a public image, it's hard to believe that anything they do whilst cameras are watching is not carefully calculated.

The goal is to make America look foolish, weak, and undeserving of its role as the dominant world leader so that they can usher in its "international" replacement via the UN/WEF/Globohomo faggotry.
