the exact same thing was done with eggs. They pushed the narrative of cholesterol in eggs when there was a shortage of them years ago. Same story different food.

I thought that was the sugar industry waging war against eggs(I could be wrong, tho...). Sugar is horrible for the cardiovascular system.
