My dad was under the impression that Ukraine was making significant gains (from what he reads & hears from mainstream media. I told him that it was all a big lie. I briefly gave him a very watered down version of the Azov battalion & other Nazi groups, Ukrainian atrocities against ethnic Russians in the east, how we overthrew their government, and how Russia is biding their time and when the ground freezes this winter and their mobility increases (because there won’t be any mud to make their tanks rely on roadways) Ukraine is f’d.

He is a Vietnam vet. I asked him how much combat footage was shown on the nightly news back in the ‘60s. A lot. You never see footage of combat out of Ukraine & they still have internet. He got real quiet. Baby steps, but I think I will wake him up soon. I got my mom on board months ago with the Ukraine lies. My dad is just a little stubborn & set in his ways but I at least got him thinking about it.
