Good Evening, below is my uneducated and probably “poor” attempt to drop some military theory on you that may shed some perspective on the happenings and what needs to occur. This thing has been staring me right in the face and aligns neatly with a lot of the similar postings we see on counterinsurgency thread. What I am going to describe here in summary could easily be broken into several doctoral level programs...so this is somewhat of a rabbit hole...we can discuss aspects in more detail if there is interest in a specific topic.
