As an Albertan I'm cautiously optimistic. Jason Kenny seemed like a good dude and then lied to us over and over and capitulated to the Federal Government. If in a year there isn't some progress to Sovereignty then she's just another useless politician like him.

The best guess is that healthcare funding is sent to the federal and then distributed back to provinces.

It's a greater than zero chance that Trudeau was saying to do what he said or get 0 for health care during the pandemic and would have presented them as the bad guys.
