The response could be taken a number of ways. That's just my take on it. Roswell is a place that carries the idea of a mysterious extra-terrestrial life form. Media and film has promoted ideas that probably have something to do with the truth. I consider it possible that angelic beings have been apprehended and/or perhaps even lended themselves to study and that is where that highest levels of our technology have come from and been kept classified. Biblically, the vastness of space is an indicator of the size of its creator.
