In a few weeks, when the GOP has control of both houses, there needs to be an investigation of Garland. In fact, all current GOP members of congress need to be asked and their responses recorded if they will demand a special prosecutor be appointed to investigate AG Garland.

Admittedly, for myself, no. Root word appears to be AUGUST as in Augustus Caesar, not the calendar month.

The word inauguration stems from the Latin augur, which refers to the rituals of ancient Roman priests seeking to interpret if it was the will of the gods for a public official to be deemed worthy to assume office.

From Wikipedia. Cool nailed it. But I don't think I had ever consciously considered the word origin till now.
