Actually, I met a Russian couple a few years ago (PC) who spoke Russian to their phone, which then spoke English to me. Brilliant!
Y'all forget Pyramid exists? Nothing about this is new besides the potential for lower level law enforcement to have access to the spy tech without having to go through the NSA each and every time.
