...you (Putin) have the support of the Russian people, knowing this, keep all lines of communication open to any entity who wants to do "business" with Russia, making it obvious that you welcome such discourse...
and when the Empire/NATO makes it obvious that you have expended all diplomatic avenues and that you (Putin) no longer can ignore their provocation, i.e. disrupting the afore mentioned "brokered deals" and that defending the homeland and the citizens of Russia is of paramount importance, strike suddenly and with extreme prejudice....
