In italy there are still 30 degrees C at the moment, I think these guys can survive without using heating. Some people just like to cry, and btw that temperature (19-20)is still decent to keep in winter.

Just wait for winter and -30C in mountainous regions. People will freeze to death in their cold houses because of 19-20C temperature limit & no heating at night.

In February 2013 the temperature at Busa Fradusta dropped to a record low of -49.6 °C.

The town of Livigno in Lombardy, right next to the Swiss border, lays claim to having the coldest temperature ever recorded in an inhabited part of the country, where the temperature once plummeted to -37 °C

The entire Aosta region is at least 1000 meters above sea level with large swathes of the Aosta Valley reaching as high as 3000 meters above sea level. The higher areas have the coldest temperatures, and the record low for the valley came in 1963 when the temperature dipped to -42 °C in the valley close to Mont Blanc.

Pls, I have like half family in Italy. Trust me these temperatures are incredible cases, that happen maybe 1 every 50 years and if you live on a mountain. Today in Italy Rome, Naples and other major cities temperatures were from 30 to 27 degrees C.

You named all mountains places btw...
