Biden has always Ben a galactic asshole. One day he was at the Blue Coat Inn on Dover, DE,, he started snapping his fingers at the bartender,, Do you know who the fuck I am,?? Bartender… no I don’t, do you know who I am?? I’m your fucking bartender and you will wait your tune like everyone else… I got that story 20 yrs ago right from the “ fuckin bartender””
