Surge of viruses leaves children’s hospitals scrambling to free up beds and find room for patients

Around three-quarters of pediatric hospital beds are full. Hospitals are directing kids out of state and teaching parents how to administer care at home.

Confirmed. My wife is a pediatric nurse and her hospital has been at or close to 100% capacity for months. Ad have all the surrounding hospitals pediatric units.
