You being a normal, empathetic human being: imagine the worst torture your brain can conjure up, multiply it by 1000, and some poor child is experiencing it right now.

Conclusion is always the same: be the best, strongest version of yourself possible. Practice what Christ preached. And you’ll make the biggest difference you possibly can.
