It's not a charectar, its an off the shelf $7500 "Devils Champion" costume.

To me this is pretty reassuring, if he was really showing his dedication to weird shit you'd think he have some extremely crazy custom made by somw weirdo, super expesnove costume.

Kinda seems like he just looked online for 15 minutes and found this thing so he could do this stunt on Halloween.
